Legalities

    1. Levy payments must be received not later than 90 days in advance of week/s you own.
    2. Unless levies are paid 90 days in advance, we cannot accept rooms into the rental pool, private arrangements or allow SunSwop exchanges.
    3. Levies in respect of each week must be paid in full and no part payments are acceptable.
    4. Cheques and Credit Card payments will be accepted. If you wish to pay by direct deposit, please arrange this with the Central Administration Office.
    5. PLEASE NOTE: To avoid the R 100.00 administration fee for late payments, levy payments must reach our office no later than four weeks prior to the commencement of your Timeshare Week/s (Please allow for Postal delays).
    6. Deposit of units with SunSwop are subject to the levies having been paid in full, failing which, your unit will be blocked and all future deposits and exchanges may be jeopardised.
